This sounds very similar to the case where McDonald's sued the girl who started a fundraiser / charity music event called McFest. (Her last name begins with "Mc"..).

What the hell does Facebook have anything to do with either of those names, face or book?

Those that threaten lawsuits over names should be laughed out of court. Copyright law is hilariously stupid.
