I don't know why people hate on AT&T so much...I've never had a problem with them.

if I had to switch, I'd probably go Sprint route with the Evo or that Samsung beast. I've seen an EVO in person and it's huge...

The Samsung phone is even bigger.

I have Verizon and pay right around $200/month. I have a blackberry and droid eris, both with unlimited data packages. We have unlimited texting, and share 1400 minutes. I get a 15% discount on the plan/12% on data, and I was able to get that discount applied online by searching Verizon for employer discounts and having the email sent to my work email instead of having to take in a paystub.

Phone service..I never had an issue with them either. But there customer service sucks. That's why I switched.

Service sucks on both of our phones with AT&T. At least 50% of the calls we get while at home are missed because our phones don't ring and a voicemail will just pop up 30 minutes later.

That's interesting. Back home (small town ~4500 people). I never had that happen.

I've only had no service once or twice, and that was back in high school during Cross Country trips to Tiffin.

We had nothing but problems with AT&T. Customer service sucked ass, plans sucked ass, and phone service sucked ass.
