Exactly. It's quite easy to twist any loss into not seeming as bad as it was. Some Buckeye fans were probably doing the same thing after the Purdue loss. It happens, but good perspective on the post.

I think the difference is we lost to an inferior team, while Michigan lost to a better team. Now I don't think that we gave the game away, I think we played like shit and Purdue played the game of the year for them. They deserved the win.

I don't think there were many OSU fans doing that. Most were calling for Tressel and Pryor's head. Most realized that OSU got it handed to them that day.
