Pacman Jones was never charged for anything and it didn't matter.

I'm not saying Vick should or should have not been suspended, I'm just saying Goodell is ridiculously inconsistent.
Putting yourself in a bad position only gets you suspended if Goodell is trying to prove a point/set an example, another reason why he is the worst commissioner. He deliberately made his conduct policy vague so that he doesn't have to answer to anyone.

Obviously not a conduct policy but a PR policy. The only thing consistent with the suspensions is there appears to be a correlation with media outrage, because facts and evidence appear to have little impact on King Roger's edicts.
