Josh Tomlin was very impressive in his major league debut tonight. 7 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 2 K's against the toughest line-up in baseball. Matt LaPorta had 2 RBI and Chris Perez got his 10th save.

For the second time this season the Tribe brings up a young pitcher who pitches a great game. We'll get to see if he is for real or tonight was beginners luck as Tomlin is scheduled to start on Sunday.

The Tribe has been fun to watch over the last few weeks... That's all I can ask for.

The young guys are definitely starting to turn the corner as ML ready talent.

They have definitely been fun to watch, and although he didn't play tonight surprisingly one of the guys leading the way is Pronk. Never would have thought that. Maybe if they surround him with some talent he can still produce more than we all think.

I wish I could share your sentiment,dave--he has been way too inconsistent, and when he's going bad,he looks awful....regardless,the future looks bright for the young Wahoo's,and I hope in a few years it'll all come to fruition-- GO TRIBE!!
