They've traded wins over the last few years or so, so hopefully...... The Potters won't help because it looks like they should win out before going to Salem. #7 Licking Valley and #8 Edison face two good programs in Newark Catholic and Bellaire so Salem will be looking for help there. Salem will just have to take care of business over the next three weeks (they'll have to win out to have any hope for a home playoff) and maybe the computer gods will treat them kindly.
If we win out, I couldn't imagine we would finish less than fourth. I Doubt Lexington is going to generate many points for Sheridan, and Lakeview and East Liverpool are big points for the Quakers, assuming wins.

Pasteur has them barely getting it if they go 10-0 though, so a Tri-Valley win would be much appreciated. But it looks like an 8-2 East Liverpool would fall below both a 10-0 Sheridan and a 9-1 Salem.

He seems to have been pretty critical of Big Red for that Massillon loss. But that makes sense as his system doesn't even consider the WV teams they beat.

What I found surprising though was 4:5 regional championship odds for Marlington, that might be a little extreme.

I agree about the odds.
He has Dover at 14 to 1 with only a 6% chance at making the play-offs.

East Liverpool at 100:1 while sitting 3rd in the region.
He puts to much stock into the history of a program. I understand early in a season but after 7 weeks he should put more stock into the current season.

If I had to guess I would say that those are the odds assuming they make the playoffs, at whatever seed they are most likely to get.

Edit: If you think about it though, the Potters went into x2 OT with Struthers, and Beaver Local, Beat Chaney by 8 and get crushed by Carrollton. The only thing to suggest they are a good team is their win over Zanesville.

I agree.
I still think it's a 2 horse race with Marlinton and Steubenville and I'm starting to lean a little more towards Marlington. Not toatally.

I agree with that its a 2 horse race between Marlington and Steubenville... and with Big Red playing Ursuline this week i think they will lose that game and Marlington will win the rest of theres.. So i think it finishes like it is now with Marlington first and Steubenville second..
I would hate to be the team that makes it 7 or 8 and plays them hahaha

The Potters aren't as good as the Red Devils, they're going to get rolled.

But does anyone know the score of the Oak Glen vs East Liverpool game

The third team was still scoring. fumbles on their own 3, interception on their own 20, 7 turnovers i believe.......... It was meadowbrooke, soon the league will be split and we will never have to play them again. it was 42-0 after the 1st q.
