The most basic is that he isn't allowed to be around guns, drugs, or felons. If any of those were present and he knew about it, it is his responsibility to leave and his consequence to face if he stayed. Clearly at least two of those (guns, felons) WERE present. Clearly he didn't leave due to the presence of those. So now the question is, did he know they were there? If he did know and didn't leave, he DID do something illegal according to the terms of his release. I'm not sure why you think it is so unreasonable to speculate that he's going to face some trouble over the whole situation.

I would think that applies especially to one of the most high profile criminals in his league. Think of it like this, It was already known lkong before that the party was being held there, so if Shooter McGunnin went there, then he was violating HIS parole, not Vick. What he had control over was having a party in a public place. Yes, he is legally allowed to have a party. But he opens himself to "univited guests" by doing so (by the way, there are party goers who have stated that Marcus Vick DID invite the guy in question). Have the party at home and don't publicize it to EVERYONE IN THE WORLD, and he would have had control over his situation. But at the point that the person in question showed up, he also has control over whether or not he stays.
