The guy has made all the money he needs and I think he just really wants to find a winning team. I don't fault him for that. If you are the Lakers, it has to be something you consider, offer him league minimum and then see if he can be a spark off the bench.

He could be the Bob McAdoo of the 80's but he could also be the next Adam Morrison, either way if he signs with the Lakers he will getting an NBA Championship Ring.

For the vet min, why the hell not? If he sucks, oh well, he doesn't dress. If he's relatively healthy, you got some good talent at a cheap price.

Yeah, I mostly meant that it is a guy that is basically finished and is looking to go to a championship caliber team.
