Unfuckingbelievable. Before any gets pissy about Bush or any other President, I hate it when others do it as well. They are elected public officials, they should have no more time off than any other government employee and the millions being spent is disgusting.

Thats a quote from Tina Fey in a SNL skit. Thats not what Palin said. But its recorded in the media as fact. She said, "You can actually see Russia from land hear in Alaska." She was referring to the Diomede Islands. They are 2.4 miles apart. One is part of Russia the other is part of Alaska.

Which is more believable: Bush had an office away from the office at his ranch, from which he could conduct business while getting out of Washington; or Obama is able to conduct regular business while cavorting to various wealthy hot spots, while also playing golf and attending fundraisers and other parties?

We already know which of these costs the taxpayers millions of dollars more.

No way they cost even close to the same. With all the added perks being gobbled up by Obama's wife, it easily surpasses what was spent on maintaining the ranch. The Obama's are elitists who don't give a damn if they are living a lifestyle most people can't come close to affording. They also don't care that they're flaunting that lifestyle at a time when a good number of Americans are hurting greatly financially.
