I will bet anyone $100. And I'll pay if i am wrong...but I won't be.
The above confidence I have in him winning doesn't translate into me thinking he should be elected...I just think he will be.
Romney is the last best alternative.
Cain may sound insane to anyone whom isn't a career politician, but we've elected far less qualified candidates...like the one we have now. Probably not a good choice due to his lack of foreign policy knowledge, but only that.
Pawlenty is the anti-Obama in terms of charisma. That would make him a bad POTUS, eh? Hell, he's got more of it than Gerry Ford and the Peanut Farmer had, though. So be it.
Bachmann will never survive the 24/7 news cycle about what she ate for breakfast and if she used her right hand, what color her stool is, and why does she have so much lipstick in her trash can.
It's going to be Rick Perry or Chris Christie facing off against the annointed one. Rubio will be VP...or maybe Pawlenty, Bachmann, or possible even the evil Palin (OOOoooooohhhh)
And defeating him just as badly as Ronnie whooped Mr. Peanut.
You say he'll win because the R's are unqualified in your opinion. Using that reasoning, shouldn't McCain have easily won in 2008 as he far surpassed Barry in experience and Presidential qualifications? People voted for the most ill-vetted, inexperienced, unqualified teleprompter-reader and yet you believe that is still superior to the R's current candidates. Can you offer any reasons, other than the other side sucks, to actually pull the lever for this guy? Is it his economic policy? His deficit fighting stances? His energy policy? His dimwitted choice for VP, "Butthead Biden"? Come on now, Barry has a record he's going to run on and we'd like to know why you think he deserves 4 more years to completely ruin everything.
