If anyone is watching this and would rather see the end of the match than the beginning of the World Cup group D game, it's going to ESPNU

They just played their 100th game of the 5th set. 100 games in one set! That's almost twice as many games as the average 5 set match has. They have basically played two 5-set matches in this set alone! I think at 50 all they should just play an emergency tie breaker, although I'm not sure that would get things over any quicker.

It's amazing that both have had this many consecutive successful service games. It's amazing that either one of these guys can even hold a racket at this point.

I wonder how much the winner will have left in the tank. Isner can barely move from the service line but is hitting bomb forehands everywhere.

Isner is about to pass out. I don't think he can ever break.

Match postponed tied 59-all due to darkness (it's 9:15pm in England).

Both players have broken the previous record for aces in a match by one player, and this is already officially the longest match in tennis history.

Didn't realize it at the time, as I was flipping between this and Ghana/Germany, but the reason it was stopped just gives us another reason to hate the French.

Mahut bitched that it was too dark and he couldn't see the bright yellow fucking ball, but Isner wanted to keep playing. The officials at Wimbledon agreed to stop it (because rich Englishmen are as big of, if not bigger pussies than the French).

They actually stopped it 3 minutes later than last night. But beside that, I still don't care for the French much.

It looked like there was sufficient light. It was darker, but by no means dark... the sun was still out.

They called it too early both nights, could have got another 15 minutes out of it and it would have still been fair to the participants.

...it was on court #18

I can't believe there isn't more on this on here. I turned over accidently and it was 29-28....couldn't let it go without watching...it wasn't great tennis....but it was the best of competition and all guts were used

IF Isner get get loose and recovery at all.....I think this benefits him.....he wasn't going to win tonight.

Best stat......Wimbledon record for aces was 55.....in the 5th set alone Isner has 70 and Mahut has 69....THUS FAR
