Pairing two guys in their prime for multiple years is a move that needs to be made. I don't want to hope a guy like JJ, who has potential, pans out to be an all star.
AV is the tough one to part with but JJ has potential. I am willing to trade a defensive player and a kid with potential for a proven 20-10 guy. Especially if Cleveland can work around some contracts, if Toronto is willing, to take back Hedo.
I do understand the quallity over quantity argument. But think about it. If the Cavs in essence trade JJ and Andy for Bosh, what exactly is their front line gonna look like?
......they will have no money (cap space) to patch up a front line that would only show one player. If they resign Shaq...good Gawd.
