While that helps, his stuff is sick, hopefully this guy is around for a long time because he is going to be fun to watch. He has 4 pitches that he can go to to strike a guy out, thats unreal.

Pretty sure I never said he would get 14 against the reds, but since you are trying to compare the reds and pirates you should probably know the reds are one of the league leaders in Ks.

I know you didn't say that, and I know the Reds do get a lot of K's, but our offense is definitely better than what Pittsburgh has.

Yes, but good pitching is good pitching. Kid is nasty. Has any other pitcher struck out 14 Pirates in 7 innings this year? Im sure they have faced some guys that you would consider great and they havent done that....

I was hoping that they yanked him after the 1st K in the 7th. Then after the 2nd. Should have let him come out to a standing O and not between innings.
