Talbot with another gem, 7 innings and 1 run. Perez with a scoreless 8th and Wood shut the door in the 9th to close the game.

Indians win 3-1, getting the brooms out tomorrow

It would be awesome if we could play the White Sox every game...seems like the only team we beat.

Manning just said that was the 8th win against the Sox this year.

Here's for yesterday's 10-1 victory.

Peralta the hero and Masterson gets first win since the Ice Age broke! I'll bet that BR was celebrating last night in honor of his boy! ha ha!

And here's for tonight, in which we win a series!

Yes, 8 of our 21 wins (38%) have come against the ChiSox. Talbot moves to 7-4 with 3 of his wins against said team.

Go Tribe!

p.s. - thanks to Tigerfan00 for starting this thread.

And I bet Moon Pie was celebrating TWICE as hard at one of the local "all you can eats" after the game.

Touche'! I'll bet he was, too. Man oh man, you don't hold anything back on your posts at this new place. Imagine what would happen back at the OP! Ha ha ha! Rock on and tell it like it is.

There are just certain Cleveland players (Peralta, Webster Slaughter, Jeff Garcia, Sasha Pavlovic, etc) past and present that I can't stand and will rip apart EVERY chance I get.

I'm with BR. I cant stand Peralta, should have traded his fat ass years ago. I hope he gets hot so we can get something for him near the deadline.

Note to my 50 and over guys, just took a stroll down memory lane with a cool pre-game interview on the radio with Jerry Kindall. Go Tribe!

I was hoping to post a third Glittering Wahoo on this thread, but it's not looking so hot right now.

Welp, we lost 8-7. Another "fine" performance by the bull pen. It never ceases to amaze me how a reliever in the "bigs" can't come in and THROW STRIKES! I am now done talking to myself.
