someone i worked with got a ticket because he was following someone who the cop tagged at 79 (speed limit was 70) and he was keeping up with the other car. WTF?

j_crazy, so he was doing 79 in a 70. Seems cut and dry to me. No rule that states the car in front is the only one to get the ticket.

An utter bullshit "let's make this a police state" ruling. Yeah...it's great to know that I could get pulled over regardless of whether I'm speeding or not just because it "looks" like I might be.
