If it is good enough to bring up now, it was good enough to bring up 4 years ago. I hate this kind of stuff and how we cater to people who are essentially trying to extort some incident just because someone is a celebrity. Why bring it up at all and make it a big deal? Will Al Gore's sex life really discredit the science behind global warming?

If there is extortion involved the woman is a terrible extortionist. The claim is on public record, and the authorities were in the know since "the event" happened, as well as the local newspaper. If there is a payoff there were many people in on it....maybe the National Enquirer was part of it and released the story once the payoff stopped - I don't know.

I do know (per my earlier post) the fact that Gore hired a masseuse to be sent to his private room at night is unquestioned, and just simply stupid.
