Mumbai has a pop. density of 22,000 people per square km. Delhi is at almost 30,000 per square km. That's ridiculous.

I had a layover in Tokyo (I believe it is the largest city in the world in terms of population) on my way to meet my ship in Singapore, but never left the airport.

The largest city I have ever spent any sort of time in is definitely New York. I visited it a few times while I was stationed in upstate New York. Sometimes for a weekend, sometimes just drove down to see a show on Broadway and then went home.

Others:
Dallas, Houston, Detroit, Singapore, and Montreal. These are the cities I have been to listed in the 100 most populous cities in the world by worldatlas.com.

Chicago. Phoenix is pretty damn big too. I just moved out here. It takes almost an hour and a half to go from one corner of the metro area to the other.

lol, I know. It's insane how big some of the cities here are geographically. Sitka is the second "biggest" city in the US as well.

As far as what the question is really asking, NYC and Chicago for me.
