Wife and I bought 10 pounds of Dymatize whey (5lbs chocolate, 5lbs vanilla). Anyone got any good recipes?

What I've been making so far:

1-2 scoops chocolate powder
5-6 ice cubes
1 spoonful of natural peanut butter
1 spoonful of greek yogurt
1% milk

Without a doubt the best shake I've tasted, just looking for some more variety.

add some banana to that recipe for a little change.

I've also mixed vanilla with strawberries and banana and ice.

If you like coffee, take the protein, water (or milk), plenty of ice and 10-12 whole coffee beans. Make sure you blend it good so the beans will get broken up. Nice taste AND a shot of caffeine.

Yeah, I mentioned to my wife that I wanted to start buying bananas again. I think I might try freezing them and then use them as the ice.

This sounds pretty awesome.

Another something I want to try is to get some sort of mint flavored item to throw in the shake. Not sure if it would be like on Grasshopper or Thin Mint cookie or a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream or something. Hopefully I can find something low calorie, low sugar.

You can get a mint extract in the section that sells vanilla extract, etc. Gotta watch how much you put in though. That stuff is strong.

I've been lifting my whole life and never took protein supplements. I usually ate enough to get plenty of protein, but now that I'm trying to lose weight I'm not getting enough protein so I started taking whey from EAS today. 8 oz of skim milk, 2 scoops of vanilla eas, and a banana in a blender. I must say it was actually pretty damn good. May start taking one for breakfast as well in addition to post workout.

1. Place weiners in hands.
2. Shake vigorously.
3. Enjoy the aftermath!

I almost want to thank you for that response. My initial reply was that since it's after 11 p.m., network viewing standards have lowered, so we can have commercials for sex lines and replies like mine.

But then, thinking of networks made me wonder what late-night B-movie Sci-Fi Network would be showing, so I checked, hoping for a zombie flick. Instead, it's a network original called "Mega Piranha".

Like I said, I ALMOST want to thank you... :(

Never mind! That must have been a notice for Mega Piranha, this is actually Shallow Ground that's on. I've seen that before. Not great, but okay.

I kinda thank you, I guess.

Couldn't you just throw some fresh mint in it if you're concerned about calories and sugar? Of couse, that's not nearly as fun.

That's actually a good idea. Fresh mint always has a cooler taste than the oil, anyway.

That is a good idea. Believe me, if you don't get the extract just right, it's overpowering.
