I guess it would really be something if we knocked off the Yankees tonight. Got to hear our coach, Steve Smith, give his perspective on the game. Steve Smith, kinda puts the direction of this Club in perspective. Go Tribe!

should be a good pitching matchup with Carmona vs. Hughes... Hughes, while 5-1 has been less than stellar in his last two starts, and tonight would be a great opportunity to get things back on the right track

Good wishes to David Huff. A-Rod SMOKED a liner right off his head and Huff was motionless for a good while. Gave the thumbs-up on the stretcher before being taken to the hospital.

Hopefully Huff is okay, he got smoked.

Glad to see the guys rally back and win one especially thinking about your teammate.

Huff was back in the dugout at the end of the game...his activities are restricted for 18 hours, but he apparently has suffered no ill effects from the liner off his forehead.

The post game summary I read said Huff was going to remain in the hospital for a "few more hours"--are you sure it was him in the dugout?

that and they interviewed Lou Marson after the game and he had no idea what Huff's status was and asked the announcers if there was an update. if he was in the dugout, wouldnt Marson know?

This is why you keep throwing a YOUNG Justin Masterson out there. Currently throwing a GEM against the NYY in a 1-0 lead going into the bottom of the 6th.
