Not even 1%? Why not? I mean LBJ to Minny gets a 0% from me, but Miami.... doesn't the deserve at least 1%?

First off, no one admits that their ego is too big, so that quote proves nothing.

Secondly, ego was one of the reasons why I said they wouldn't play together. I said both dominate the ball (a concept you can't seem to grasph) and it's hard to get two guys who dominate the ball to play together, because one has to take a back seat. That's where the egos come into play.

Could Lebron and Wade play together? Yes. They could find a team with the cap space. But there will come a point when one establishes himself as the alpha male and the other may or may not be okay with it.

I believe D-Wade just did admit that his ego wasn't that big.

No, not too many people do. But those people don't go out on a limb to lie about it either. They just keep quiet. The dominating the ball argument is weak to me. I can't say that enough. Neither is a PG. They want a guy to bring the ball up and put it in their hands afterwards. What's so bad about those two sharing that load? Stats prove that both are GREAT passers. They would work sooooo well together. I guess it'll have to happen before I'm prove right on that.

Dynasty- you're a good poster, but I'm not seeing anything of substance with you in the past two days. Wade WANTS another star in Miami. Maybe you don't follow them at all, but from a guy that does, he wants it more than anything. He KNOWS that he cannot do it alone. Don't question his ego, question others... if need be.

I just don't see LeBron and Wade together in Miami at all, so it warrants a 0%.

I do see a Bosh or Amar'e along with Wade in Miami.

Hell I might be wrong, and honestly who wouldn't want to play in Miami? Not just the tax benefits, but also the weather and beach and things to do. If I'm Lebron, it's a done deal, type up the contract and show me where to sign.

However, I'm not Lebron and for whatever reason I just don't see them both doing that. We are talking about arguably the top two players in the NBA, so one has to give something up. Could it be done? Sure. I just think it's unlikely.

I know Wade wants another star, and I think of all the stars, Wade can elevate a team and has the strongest desire to win a championship. Look at how he plays every single year in the playoffs, the guy elevates his game to a freakish level. I just think that Amare or Bosh make more sense for him as he has that interior presence and can still control the ball.

You are entitled to think that the "dominating the ball" argument is weak, however I think differently. If they do decide to play together, we will see how it plays out.

But from my recollection, I can't remember two superstars who basically play the same position teaming up (dominating the ball). One of them would have to be the alpha and I just don't know which one that is.

This could be STVSM all over again but with less money trading hands.

We've NEVER seen it. That's why it's being discussed. They don't play the same position. LBJ dominates it more than Wade. One's a SF, the other a SG. What do they have to give up exactly? Dribbling the ball for 18 seconds? Combined their PPG just from this year.. isn't it close to the nasty duo of Shaq/Kobe? In 48 minutes.. there's a lot of orange leather to go around. From the what the EYES have seen, there is nothing to believe they can't work fine together. They only times we've seen them play together, mostly, they've looked GREAT. It's only perceived notions about their egos and styles that make people believe that.

Let's get this straight: LeBron with Wade would be awesome together because of their overwhelming talent. But it's naive to think that pairing the two stars wouldn't subtract from the output of each. Wade had the league's highest usage rate this past season, is a limited jump shooter and is relatively turnover prone. Playing off the ball, he'd be far less useful than a Bosh or a Nowitzki.

Exactly, who is going to have the ball in their hands for 18 seconds? That's exactly my point.

And the big/small argument doesn't really work. A big can't dominate the ball because they are at the mercy of the guards.

LOL...ok. You keep thinking that. But when it happens, jpake and I will be drinking a case of beer for the next 6 NBA Finals and watch LeBron and D-Wade rack up ring after ring after ring.

NOBODY will, that's exactly my point. Kobe and Shaq shared, odd to say. Don't act like Shaq couldn't post somebody up for several seconds. I can't tell you how many times I saw the double and even triple pass back into him. Sometimes, it would take up most of the clock.

Hollinger, that's rich. Wade has a "limited jumper"? I say he's got one of the best in the league... the Mavs would agree to (rewatch the games, he killed them with that almost as much as taking it to the rim). The thing is.. he can C_R_E_A_T_E his own jumper. Although Ray Ray and others are silky smooth, but they have a hard time creating it themselves. It's a mute point for me. As a Heat fan, I can't tell you how many games DWade has ended because he stroked a 17ft right in somebody's face.

It's nothing like that, he's a cool dude. I just don't get the idea of feeling that way without seeing it from those two guys. The ONLY times they've played together they've looked great.

Who needs jump shots with LeBron and D-Wade? Name ONE team in the league that can stop them both from getting to the hoop every time down the floor.

And I'm not saying I wouldn't LOVE to see Lebron and Wade team up. It might be worth buying the NBA league pass to watch all 82 games. I hope it does happen just to see how it would play out.

However I don't see it. Is it safe to say of all the potential suitors of the free agents, Miami is the most desirable?
