Then we get the bonus of Harang getting a hit to knock in the lead run.

Now with that Harang 255' sprint to score the 4th run(without an appropriate slide), he'll be gassed and no more good on the mound.

ya this is very important for Harang, gives him time to rest after sprinting around those bases

No "home cookin" from the official scorekeeper on Phillips scorcher. That ruling stymies what would have been 4 consecutive two out RBI hits!

Those three batters after Harang scored may have allowed him to get his breath back. Will his stamina be up to the test?

The Cabrera error to open the 5th may be just about as negative as his offense in the 4th was a positive!

But Gomes' fine play in left gets the inning turned in the Reds favor, and Harang puts up another zero, but now has 92 pitches thru five innings.mhs95_06 wrote: The Cabrera error to open the 5th may be just about as negative as his offense in the 4th was a positive!

Go to the bullpen, no need to build on Harang's pitch count up 7-2

It will be a big plus if Harang can get thru the 6th. If so, how about we hit Janish for him and put Lincon in for Cabrera and give his legs a rest for the rest of the night?

Harang threw so few pitches in the 6th, Dusty was baited into leaving him in! Cabrera's bonehead baserunning shows more than his legs need a break. Get Janish in to play SS now for rest of the game!
