^^^^ why they can say stuff like "I wouldnt care if you went to a strip club" it is easy to say that when there is not a male strip club for 100 miles lol

If I had a real life, I would hope I would not be dating a lady that liked to partake in this activity but if I did I would not mind her going. It's a trust thing.

My wife has gone several times for birthday/bachelorette parties, and quite honestly I think it is hillarious. The stories I have heard from her friends and family make me ALMOST wish I could have been there to see some of the reactions. I think the 2 venues have totally different atmospheres. I say, go, have a blast, don't get arrested, call me if your drunk ass friends need rides home.

If women would keep things fun and spicy at home, we wouldn't need strip clubs.

Refer to post below. As I said in my OP, as long as it's not a normal thing (for men or women), it's not an issue. I think it would be hilarious to see my GF at a bachelorette party and the reactions by her and her friends.

Of course, as was mentioned earlier, if he were going into debt because of it, then that would be an issue. Otherwise, I say have fun, get a lap dance or two, enjoy hanging out with the boys. The only thing I get jealous of is not being able to go myself!

I don't really understand why women get jealous of strippers. They are paid to pretend to be interested in you. Keyword being "pretend." If there is anyone to be jealous of its the random girl at the bar, or an overly flirtatious friend. Not saying that women should be paranoid; I just feel exotic dancers are the least of your worries.

Because they're insecure and can't trust the men they're with.

Seriously though, thinking back, I have been to a strip club a grand total of THREE times this year: once in NYC (with Websurfinbird), once in Paris (with Websurfinbird), and once in Atlantic City with my boys after our fantasy draft.

Its just fun, nothing more, nothing less. I am not there to cheat, just enjoy sexy women. I am happy my girl is cool with it, she knows its just eye candy, nothing more, nothing less. I much prefer going WITH her -- if you have a girl who is open-minded, I highly recommend it gentlemen!

Yeah, the stripper is just looking to get some money stuffed in her g-string. The random bar girl is the one who'll be groping the dude's junk and telling him all the things she'll do to him that his woman at home won't.

I have never stepped foot in a strip club, for two reasons.

1. Moral reasons
2. Economic reasons.

For #1 as a husband I don't think its right to go to a strip club like that.

For #2 think about it, by the time you pay a cover charge, get the 2 drink minimum, get a lap dance/tip whatever you've dropped nearly $100 just to see a woman naked that YOU CAN'T TOUCH. I can see my wife naked for free and can touch all I want.

To each their own. Call me crazy, but enjoying a nice drink with my girlfriend with beautiful naked women joining us is fun from time to time.

I must be spoiled. there is a pretty nice strip club around here with no cover charge and no drink minimum. they did have it for a short period, but never enforced it. i'd still buy 1 or 2 drinks any way and throw a few dollars on the stage when i saw one i liked, but for the most part me and my buddies would just sit at the bar or away from the stage and watch the game on tv(they had a whole bunch of flat screens around) and just bs all night in a pretty relaxed atmosphere. maybe spend 10-15 bucks a night there.
