Richard Moore told police he had been arrested in Green Cover Springs when he was 12 for sexual battery on a 3-year-old, according to the report. The report says he also told police he used to watch child pornography and has done things but has not been caught yet.

The report says Richard Moore told police, "I'm switching from little boys to little girls."
