Leboob brought all this on himself. He's the reason they're talking about him, and that's all he cares about. He's destined for the bright lights and big cities of either LA, NY, or Chi. No loyalty at all to NE Ohio, Akron or Cleveland. He's going to pull a Manny/Thome.

It cant be like them. They werent born and raised in Cleveland. That is the biggest reason for this whole fiasco.

I still don't understand why Cleveland fans are shocked at the coverage. You do realize this is a huge event, right? It is going to change the landscape of basketball for the next 10 yrs. What LeBron does is going to affect a ton of teams. Just because you guys don't want to hear about precious Lebron's potential departure, doesn't mean other people do not.

Wale was complaining about it today on Twitter. He even mentioned that they found a way to get a LeBron story on NFL Live... NFL LIVE!?!?!?! SERIOUSLY?!?!

ESPN isn't worried about reporting stories anymore, they're more worried about MAKING them.

Over the years, ESPN has turned into shit. I haven't watched much ESPN in the last few years, along timel before the LeBron shit hit the fan. I watch 2 shows every now and then, Mike & Mike and Sportsnation (for visable reasons)

Other than that, I watch nothing. Well, obviously unless a game is on.. I don't watch Sportscenter, ATH, PTI, or any of that crap.

Hell, even current NBA players are mocking ESPN.. Calling it LeBron TV now. It's OVER coverage. There is NO NEW story to report, no NEW news to report... Nothing. The same thing we've known is the same thing we still know.

These guys are giving their worthless opinions on everything, including the guys who picked LeBron to stay.

ummmm...Sportscenter was vital and kind of cool about 15 or 20 years ago when Dan Patrick and Keith Olbermann first thought they were clever....every SC anchor since has been a post-modern ironic would-be comedian who wouldn't know an 'infield fly" or an "icing" call if it kicked them in the TelePrompter.

Sportscenter is unwatchable because of basketball. Why don't they just call it the basketball network? I absolutely HATE basketball with a passion and thats ALL they ever have on the show. Even in the off season its who pulled a gun on who and who is the biggest thug in basketball. I don't watch sportscenter anymore because of this fact. Honestly, who cares where Lebron goes? he aint gonna win anything in Cleveland so let him go somewhere that will win him a championship right? I don't follow basketball at all and even I know Cleveland stinks with or without Lebron. Please let him go somewhere else so sportscenter can focus on all sports and not just basketball.

I don't have any problem with Cleveland fans. You are the one getting emotional and whiney. My point is the same as in the first post on this thread.... I'm not saying Sportscenter is great or anything, I was just saying that I can't believe how Cavalier fans are very surprised by the coverage. You all should know better by now. ESPN gets a big story and they drive it into the ground.

ESPN is all about the ratings. LBJ stuff increases ratings. Every radio talk show is talking about it too. Who cares?

As for ESPN...I don't watch it much...except for college game day and occasionally the NFL wrap up show...which I enjoy.

ESPN only promotes sports that it covers and it currently does not cover hockey.
