Focus isn't something you just turn on in the playoffs. Look at champion players Jordan, Magic, Bird, Duncan, Hakeem, and I'll even through Kobe in here. They are leaders to their teammates in a positive way. You are correct that LeBron won 2 straight MVPs, but is that is ultimate goal? Great leaders will call out teammates if they are screwing around. LeBron is leading the screwing around.
