Well, as much as dont want Mexico to advance, I really thought France would come in fourth and really think that is so damn funny it would make up for Mexico advancing.

Depending on the score of the Mexico/Uruguay game, France would have to win and have a goal differential of something like 4 or 5 goals in their final game. Considering they haven't scored a goal in 2 games, they're pretty much out of it.

Hell, havent scored a goal outside of Europe in forever in WC play! They went scoreless in 2002.

It's so nice to see the French lose.
Mathmatically they're alive but France has NO chance to advance, you can bet your life that Mexico and Uruguay will play an absolutely dull and uninspired match that will probably end up in a 0-0 draw to purposely keep France out.

FIFA better send this douche referee home after this Germany game. He is TERRIBLE! So many cards, two yellows to Klose within 37 minutes. He is ruining this game. Send him packing.

1-0 Serbia. Germany still reeling after Klose was sent off with his second yellow.
I agree about this ref, he's card happy and making a direct impact on the game. Most of those yellow cards were ridiculous, no more than a regular foul IMO.

What a win for Serbia. Also I only got to watch about the first 30 minutes but I think there was like 5 yellows given and maybe two at most deserved them.

I think he gave out 9 in total with the one red for Klose of which at most 2 were deserved

Group D is VERY interesting now. If Ghana beats Austraila, Germany-Ghana next week is basically a knockout game for the Germans. If they lose to the Aussies, you have all four teams with 3 points.

If it gives Algeria the win then I wouldn't complain lol! But I doubt they'll have to I mean England could probably have someone red carded in like the 30th minute and probably still dominate.

Surprising game thus far between England and Algeria. I really thought England would come out and pound them but it hasn't happened. 0-0 at halftime. Lets hope for the US' sake it stays that way

It also helps my bracket because I messed up when clicking and have Australia winning the group and Germany 2nd... Im still amazed you have Serbia in the semi's Laley.

I know, but it always seems like when the WC is outside of Europe, you get some random ass team. Typically it ISNT a European team like Serbia, but I just liked a bunch of their players. Vidic, Zigic, etc. Plus, if my bracket played out how I thought, they wouldnt have murders row to the Semis. England would be their toughest, and like Spain they underachieve.
