Shaq is Footwedges excuse for Laker fans if the Cavs don't win the title. That's what he is trying to set up, because he's a pessimistic dumbfuck. That's the motive of all the Shaq haters. If they don't win, it's because they won't play up to snuff as a TEAM. Shaq is doin' work, he's been awesome.
