I'm skeptical. People were saying this about GTA4 and the reviews were similar. But I found that GTA4 was as awesome as they said for the first play through. Then I barely ever picked it up.tuskytuffguy wrote: GAME....OF....THE....YEAR! Mark it down.

This game is about as close to a MMO as you can get w/o being a MMO. The Free Roam MP mode is fun as hell.

LMAO, ok, so I'm riding along the wilderness when this damsel in distress waves me down in need of "help".
Well, of course I'm going to see what's up, however, as soon as I pull up to her 4 guys come out of no where and try to jack my shit. This bitch set my ass up lol.
I dispose of the first 3 and the 4th tries to take off with my horse. Yeah, I'm not having any of that so he gets a bullet to the back of the head and of course as soon as he falls his spur gets caught in the saddle and the horse is just dragging his body.
When I turn back to the chick she must be thinking "oh shit" because she tried to put her hands up.. Sucks for her, I shot her in the legs and rode off!
Love this game.

I shot a guy because I thought he stole my horse. Turns out, his horse just looks similar to mine. Sucks for him.

360 is cheaper.
Not trying to start a console war argument. But if I was buying a console to play one game I'd probably go with the cheapest one (considering both consoles give a similar experience according to reviews).

I've honestly been too hooked to play online, but the lobby is the free roam mode in which it's basically a MMO.
You can meet up with other players, form posses, kill each other, join up just for the moment to take on challenges, hunt, find gang hideouts, etc...
A LOT of stuff to do in multiplayer mode.

The multiplayer on the 360 has a lot of bugs. Your person will just disappear randomly ie. your invisible. Don't buy this game if you like a good multiplayer buy the game for the single player which is my favorite ever.

Yeah, Rockstar usually has multiplayer issues in their games at the start, but they're usually quick to patch them up. Hopefully this is the same way.
