The Cavs have to come out game 3 RUNNING...

JJ/Jamison/Moon/LeBron/Delonte should be your main line up against these guys.

When we go half court, we're playing into their strength.. We're not making them run, we're not making them defend all areas of the floor, and we're not putting pressure on their defense. When we run, we force them to run, we force them to keep up, and we force them to cover all areas of the court..

It's been so obvious EVERYTIME we've played Boston this season, that when we run, we dominate them.. When we play slow, they dominate us.. Mike Brown, why can;t you see this?

I think Kevin Garnett says some variation of "fuck" more than I say words like "the" or "is" or "it."

Gotta figure out a way to slow Rondo down. If you take him away that team cant beat us. If Mike Brown is a defensive coach like everybody says now is the time to show it. Game 3 is going to be very tough to win

Good luck in Boston Cleveland, the calls will be going the way of the Celtics then and their role players will be playing even better..
Good luck to the C's if they hope the Cavs will play this way again in the series.

I'm not at all worried, Boston was nearly .500 at home this year. And we put up a good 4th. We just had an incredibly bad 3rd quarter.

The desperation and overreaction on this entire thread is pathetic.

Why are the Cavs congratulating one another after that? This is a fucking joke.

Really Mally. You really need to make that comparison. How about calling out 20 million per year Shaq and a whole lotta other players. How about Rondo > Cavs entire backcourt.

No...they just lost by 18 at home. Not only do they need 1 in Boston, but they need to actually show up at home for games 5 and possibly/most likely 7.

extra day could help the Cavs

obviously you hate to sit on this loss for a few days but the health is more important

They say a series doesnt start till the home team loses a game. Guess its on now, lets go up there and return the favor. Cavs are more than capable of getting a win up there........its gonna be tough but they can do it

yeah well that's too far ahead

short term they have to get at least one

beats the alternative of being down 3-1

if it's 2-2 they'll win the series

Now the Cavs head to a place they lost 10 out of their last 11 times playing there.

They have to figure out how to stop Rondo. Its getting to be a joke. Theres no excuse for letting that guy run all over the court the way that he has been. He is outplaying our entire backcourt. Make the guy shoot jumpers, I dont understand why we are giving him so much space.

I'm not blaming Jamison or saying he is sorry. He just been out played by Garnett both games. Hasn't been close.

The way the Celtics played @ home during the regular season MEANS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in the playoffs.

The Cavs NEED to come out at the START of the game the way they finished this game..

RUN, RUN, RUN!!!

Not trying to be a dick at all but this shouldn't surprise anyone. Kevin Garnett is and always has been a better player than Antawn Jamison. Jamison is good but KG is a first ballot HOF'er.

Nothing to worry about? They just got their rectums waxed by a bunch of old men that few Cavs fans even gave any credit for the possibility of hanging with Cleveland this series. Now the series goes back to Boston for 2 games and the old men get 3 whole days off to rest their wrinkly legs. I still give Cleveland the thumbs up in the series due to their depth and the fact that their roster is loaded with talent, but to shrug this off without a single care or worry is a little strange to me. Boston has the ball in their court now and are in a beautiful situation (home crowd and needed rest for an aged roster). If this isn't enough to cause the Cleveland fans to sweat even the slightest bit then i don't know what will.

Cavs will still win this series if..

A. LBJ's elbow is not as bad as it looked tonight...and
B. Shaq plays less than 10 minutes from here on.

Actually the way they played at home this season has more to do with now than the Cavs losing 10 of the last 11 in Boston. It's not a difficult place to go in and win.

The Cavs are fine, the game plan is fine, just have to execute. They do most nights, had a shitty quarter tonight and didn't play well enough in the 1st 2 to make up for it--that's all. Freak out if you guys feel like that's what needs to be done but they're fine. You all talk about how fired up the C's will be on Friday, do you guys think the Cavs won't be?
