Maybe it is, I must not have heard him say that JJ needs to be in for Shaq. I heard him say Shaq wasn't playing well--he was just telling it like it is. Didn't hear him say JJ needs to be in for Shaq. Not saying it isn't out there, but I didn't have that much faith in Footwedge.

Regardless, we all agree that JJ is a better player for a series against the Bulls--but that isn't why Shaq is in there. We've all said that all along.

Shaq left in the first quarter with the team losing. FACT. Shaq came back in the second quarter for a brief time. He played roughly 9 minutes in the first half. When he WAS ON THE COURT, he was A MINUS 3 in the first half....while the team ended the half UP 10.

How many games in this series has Shaq played in the 4th quarter? Or even more telling, how many games has Shaq played in the last 6 minutes of these games? Keep in mind that the previous 3 games were all within striking range.

Like I/ve told you over and again on this thread, Brown has figured it out. The less Shaq...the better. He's a smart man.

Wait, you said that Shaq didn't play the entire 1st half after picking up quick fouls in the 1st quarter, correct? Once again you are proven to be wrong. Shaq started the 2nd quarter, was productive on the boards and left with Cleveland leading the ball game.

Shaq also played solid basketball with Cleveland hot start in the 3rd quarter. I could care less about net averages, Shaq's would be higher if he wasn't in foul trouble today FACT.

Coach Brown just stated that he wants to play Shaq more but he was in foul trouble. What is so hard to comprehend, it has nothing to do with his play. God you are an idiot, can you not comprehend posts?

LBJ said that Shaq is not playing well. I don't EVER remember him throwinga teammate under the bus like that.

And secondly, LBJ said that the team can be effective going smaller with JJ on the court. He never said specifically that Shaq needs to sit and JJ needs to play. But the implied message was as clear as daylight.

Shaq played 17 minutes...he was minus 3 net in the first half. That's what is important to know.

And don't buy into this shit that Brown sat him because of foul trouble. he sat his fat ass the whole series because of shit play. Has nothing to do with foul problems.

Brownie said the politically correct thing at the news conference. This was in contrast to what LBJ said after game 3.

Real fans know that Shaq has been a year long disappointment.

Real fans can analize a trade and worry that the chemistry of a great team can be ruined. Real fans will admit to being wrong after the fact.
Real fans know the REAL reason Shaq was brought in.
Real fans know "why" a player is traded for. And real fans also know when a player has not played up to hopes and expectations.

Foot, the trade had little to do with chemistry. You just flat out hated Jamison and his poor career shooting %'s, not being able to stretch the floor, and he played terrible defense.

Don't act like you were 100% worried about chemistry, you just thought Jamison would flop.
