Nick Hagadone pitched last night for Kinston. OK you baseball gurus...without looking it up, I say the run is earned...even though the run probably doesn't score if Choo holds the runners at first and second.

Well, I was out of the country for the first 5 games, so now I am getting back into the swing. As I type this, Choo makes the error but the Tribe escapes still ahead. Hammy says that Asdrubal is the best shortstop fielding we have seen since Omar. Yes and I wish we still had Omar, BUT enough of that and back to the game.

And to my brother who is a member of the 50 and over club, I say, respectfully, that the run is "unearned"....IMO, of course!

Well...just looked up the official box score, and they have ruled the run unearned. I would be willing to bet a six pack that that scoring ruling will be reversed.

The run is definately unearned. He wouldn't have scored without the error.
