Roger Cossack also offers his legal opinion in this link.

I wonder how much money he had to pay for this.

Isn't it possible that he just didn't do anything wrong? At least legally.

Because most times the cops will charge a person with a crime if there is the slightest chance of a conviction, they'll let the courts sort it out. Not being charged suggests to me that the evidence shows a preponderance of confidence in no law being broken.

As a Steeler fan I must say I'm proud of Big Ben.

He's 2-2!

The funny thing is, if he did not look like sloth the police might actually believe him. But since his face looks like it caught fire and was extinguished with a rake, he is a rapist.

As a browns fan, yet a Big Ben fan (to some degree). He is guilty of being a rich, egotistical, spoiled, feeling entitled athlete. He had better make some changes in his life or his career will grind to a halt much sooner than it should have.

My thoughts exactly. Couldn't have said it better.

Good. Now if Ben doesn't learn from this 2nd bad situation that he put himself in......you've got to wash your hands of him. One more fuck up and he's done.

Don't blow it (again).

Anyone want to place bets on the next time he gets accused?

I agree with both of you at one time! Take a snapshot, so this memory lives on!

Nope! LOL. Even if he makes better decisions, this now firmly establishes him as a target for any gold digger. The only way he can really protect himself from that is to avoid hooking up outside of a committed relationship which, in his defense, he probably is not interested in at the moment and was doing the right thin to avoid that (a.k.a the non-Tiger, non-Jesse James route).

I don't think he has much of a career left, anyway, because of the concussions. He's already had 4, and 3-4 more will probably end his career prematurely. Sad to say, but realistically that may be just 3 more seasons, 4 tops.

Capone just admitted to being a Browns fan.

Yes, and much to the chagrin of all the haters hoping otherwise, Ben will be on the field for most, if not all, the season and I have a sneaky feeling he is going to be very focused and determined to have an MVP year.

I figure he shouldn't be hitting the clubs scoping strange as much so he should have some more time for football. :D

All I know is...he better come into the preseason in THE BEST SHAPE OF HIS LIFE. He owes that to Steeler nation.

Last time I saw him he looked a little on the heavy side.

In reality the headline is "Police find alien wizard that cast a spell on Big Ben"
