If he wants to become more endearing and perhaps garner a bit more sympathy Tiger needs to get a handle on his emotions. The PGA tour is also about demonstrating style, class, and professionalism. I was tired of Tiger's club bashing, mouth, and attitude even before his personal situation came to light.

Tiger's an outstanding golfer and adds a degree of challenge to the game, but his on-going arrogance, temper, and narcissism aren't the only issues in his life that need work.

That being said the Masters was enjoyable to watch. I was happy to see Phil break through and take the Green Jacket. His embrace of his wife on the 18th was touching and should serve as an example to Tiger of how things SHOULD be.

I was happy to see Fred Couples hang tough and Choi's robot-like precision until the last 9 was almost scary to watch!

Phil said he was up 'til 1am Sat. nite watching movies. His oldest daughter fell roller skating and he called a PGA doctor, who opened up and xrayed her arm at about 10pm. She has a hairline fracture. Quite a distraction to get your mind off the pressure of the golf.

Bill Simmons brought up a good point today about people getting all butt hurt over Tiger mistreating women, when they worship a club that doesn't allow women members. Specifically, Billy Payne getting up on his high horse about it is hilariously hypocritical.

That's not a good point. No female members is not the reason they worship it. And IMO, that club is not sexist at all.

The first: After Tiger birdied the 72nd hole, Jim Nantz said that Tiger had "somehow managed a 69 out of all of this," followed by me giggling like Beavis and Butt-Head for the next 30 seconds. Tiger's week at Augusta couldn't have ended any other way.

Not allowing women is nothing even close to what Tiger did.

There are private clubs in all kinds of walks of life, all over the world that don't allow women. There are also clubs that don't allow men. It shouldn't even be an issue, it's your club, you make the rules.

It's a great example of making a story out of nothing and forcing it down people's throats--in a way brainwashing them so that ESPN still stays relevant. All they do is put some BS twist on it to make it sound like it's an actual issue. Or they just omit other things that would shoot their argument to shit and they know it.
