Phil will birdie 15 so that's -15

let's say he makes one bogey -14

still going to be tough to catch him

Kim is out of holes, has to be Westwood

Nice 3 putt cause you act like your 5 years old when it doesnt go your way.

I saw no pouting at all. Do you play golf at all? Have you never done this? If you haven't than you have never played golf. Guy knew he needed birdie to have a chance to win. The next putt literally didn't matter.

Yeah, I missed him freaking out about his bogey...like I said, you're just a hater.

And as for ever acting like he's 5 on the course, that's funny. I remember my dad telling me a story about watching Greg Norman sink half his wedge in the ground after hitting a shot and making his caddy pull it out back in the day. I've seen guys I've golfed with throw clubs off a tree lol.

He hasn't been too temperamental at all today. I think he knew he didn't have it today, and it looks like it would have taken -6 or -7 or -8 on the round to win. The worst was the Darnit Tiger on 13, and Jesus Christ.

Exactly. And his little outburst was nothing, guys have said way worse on this course this weekend, I'd bet my life savings on that.

But because Tiger cheated on his wife, he has to act differently on the GOLF COURSE. LOL, if you care that he cheated you're pretty much a douche bag--no one liked him because he was faithful to his wife before.

I played college golf, what he did there by not slowing it down and re-reading the comeback is a classic move a golfer that cant control the emotions. As for the comment about the putt not meaning anything............I then ask you your own question, have you ever played golf?

I have played in extremely difficult conditions in college tourneys, I bet you couldnt fathom it.
He can't be upset about missing a birdie putt?

LOL @ you questioning Tiger Wood's in anything that has to do with golf.

Lol I like that because you played in "difficult conditions in college tourneys" you know more than me. I played in countless tournaments and varsity for 4 years in high school. Yes, Tiger was mad at that putt, but let's be honest, I have seen that on tour before. Especially from Phil.

You are really up on your high horse and the act is so old.

Tiger played in college once too, his mental focus made him the best ever. Yours made you a gym teacher. Yet you question him...you should quit your job and become a stand up comic.

No, no. He played in difficult conditions in college so not only does he know more than you, but he knows more than Tiger.

And where did you play golf in college? Did you run CC in college also?

Being pissed isnt the issue, its how he handled it.

No CC, I was good enough at golf to not play in HS and still get paid for it.
So where'd you play? Duke?

Um..yep, it sure does. If you're rooting for another guy that's fine, but you just admitted that you're basically just rooting for the field to beat Tiger.

Mickelson has been in the Top 10 in nine of the last 10 Masters.

This would be 10 of 11 and his third Green Jacket.

He's 39 but you never know. 4? 5? 6?

Phil is hitting the ball a crazy distance right now.

He just hit 7 from 205, hit a 5 from 230 earlier, and that 376 yard drive earlier. I would be lining up for whatever equipment he's playing were I a tour player as he is so long right now and that hasn't always been the case.

I am not a nut hugger. I am being pretty objective. Here is a guy who only cares about wins and losses. He just lost the tournament. He didn't play well and looked extremely rusty. It is clear that he was not ready to win this week, as when the pressure ratcheted up, his swing fell apart. Phil is having a great tournament and I am happy to see him win his 3rd. I wasn't expecting it this week after the way he has been playing, but he definitely was in the right place to win this week and played amazingly on the weekend.

You posted before the round that you "hoped tiger would blow up with an 80" so that means, objectively, we can say that you don't like him. Why shouldn't the announcers follow what he does on the course. When Phil wins this, he still has 10 majors to go to catch Tiger. If you can't see the amazingness in that, then you are blind. But they haven't really been talking about him in the last hour, because he shot himself out of it. Clearly your hate makes it seem like they are talking about him every two seconds because you notice every time they mention him. But he hasn't really been shown live even for the last half hour or so.

He has been crushing the ball...3 wood is going monster distances, which is why had he put the driver away he might be 16, 17 under.
