Two different schools Dad. New Lex is from the Muskingum League and Lexington is from Ohio Cardinal Conference. Both DII schools. Im not normally this smart. But, it was bugging me. So, I looked it up. ;)

Freshman Austin King at 112 beat returning state placer Price from Licking Heights. Very good match.

Wow!! King must really be tough...what was the score? It is a HUGE difference between 103 and 112. But I'm sure Price will make the adjustment just fine and have a great season. I'll be anxious to get a look at King this Saturday at Pickerington.

The only interesting thing here is to think who were the few who beat the teays wrestlers.
Licking Heights: Yeager pin?
Westerville South: Michel and Meyers
Westerville Central: Winston, Brown and McNabb
New Lex: Davisson, Harris, Forman, Hicks and Lee

It would have been nice to see individual results or even other match results other than Teays Valley (just like the dispatch). Seems like the other dual tourney's posted theirs. Please someone post them.

How did King do against Davisson from New Lex? Davisson is a 103 but must have wrestled up because he also beat Price by a comfortable margin.

King got caught, made a stupid freshman mistake and got pinned. The davisson kid is goign to be a monster 103! That kid is tall lanky and just strong. I see him looking for hihgh on the podium come march.
