Ummm, I don't know where you went to college, but I would guess that a large amount of students go out and drink, particularly at large schools. And yes, fights do happen when alcohol is involved. It's really not anything out of the ordinary at any college to hear about a student getting arrested for something alcohol related. I go to a small college with a student body of about 1,000 kids or so, and I would guess that we have a good 10 to 20 incidents a semester or so involving stuff like that. And those are just the ones that get caught.
