I think any protesting will work in Trump's favor. Most intelligent people are tired of the liberal losers protesting free speech.

Indeed. Plus, the latest renditions of rent-a-mobs appear to be illegal Mexican thuggies and druggies waving around the Mexican flag.......... and people are definitely not going to put up with that bullshit. I look forward to the police putting them in their place.

I have talked to a few folks who know a fair amount regarding the security at the RNC .............I'm not too worried, although I am sure it will be pretty interesting.

If he gets all the Republicans and all the racists, he'll win in a landslide.

Do supporters, or opponents of Hillary, just no care about anything that Donald says or does?
He can do no wrong?

His remarks about the judge as well as the Bloomberg piece shows to be he would run a terrible West Wing. his management structure is a mess and he is not bringing in the best, like he said.
But, does it even matter, as people just hate Clinton so much?

Although not a "supporter" of Mr. Trump, I hold an opposition view of Mrs. Clinton....there seems to be a bit of an exaggeration to your approve everything Mr. Trump does observation.

It does matter what Mr. Trump says.
Yes, he can do wrong.

Yes, it matters.

There's nothing thus far he's said or done that could make me want to vote for Mrs. Clinton....of course he hasn't change my opinion on writing in the candidate of my choice yet either. I would imagine that some Trump supporters feel similarly in that he hasn't said enough wrong to flip them to Mrs. Clinton. That's probably why they continue to support him.

This, plus you literally could flip the same question regarding Hillary.

I'm not thrilled about trump, but Hillary not being able to appoint any justices is good enough for me.

I neither support Trump nor Hillary. However, your post here compares nicely if you switch Hillary in for Trump.

Hillary supporters completely neglect every debacle and scandal she is involved in just simply as "those shitty republicans going after her". They neglect her out right lies about things like "being under sniper fire" or "Benghazi caused by a video" and later "miss remembering".

They will however, jump right at any stupid thing Trump says/does.

This is very true on both sides, so your statement is null and void unless you are willing to admit that both sides supporters are extremely blind to how crappy their candidate is.

I'm not sure how I didn't see everyone else's posts before I posted. Obviously it isn't an uncommon feeling, at least here.

I can't stand hillarys voice, let alone her liberal policies and views. There's not a chance in hell I'd vote for her.

You could argue a lot of Clinton supporters are the same way. They don't like Clinton but they hate Trump so they are voting for her.

We have two choices in this election; an embarrassing asshole with questionable at best intelligence vs. probably the most corrupt politician not in jail. My apathy for either candidate is at an all-time high. I'm leaning Clinton at the moment mostly because I think Trump is worse.

EDIT: I see everyone already made this point. Ptown rekt.

X 1000. Ptown used to have decent thoughts on here, but for a long time it has just been liberal regurgitation. Anyone supporting Hillary on her merits has to be mental.

Ok, I figured.
So a racist in the white house, which is what Paul Ryan called him, is better than a Clinton.

Got you all.

A racist vs. a corrupt politician. Why is either preferable to the other?

The more I read and listen to Trump the more I am Clinton. His ideas, lack of any concept of how Government works, how he shuns or disregards the ideas that have guided the country since 1945, is what worries me. He wants to start trade wars, raise tariffs, and ignore existing agreements. He takes no direction, he does not care if someone says he is wrong. He is never wrong, and while he was supposed to surround himself with the best, they are no where to be found.
He is more a threat than anything else.

But, if some on here say he is better than Clinton, then so be it.

Do you not understand that politicians say shit during elections to get elected? Do you actually think he's going to start a trade war with China? Or a war with Russia?

I mean, yes he'd be the president. But he doesn't have free reign to do whatever the fuck he wants.

I agree on your points about Trump. I think Clinton is better than Trump but that's not an endorsement of Clinton. She has big flaws too and turns a lot of people off. People like Trump because he's an outsider and says what he wants regardless of how its perceived; people like Clinton because she's a woman and she's not Trump.

Do you really not see this or are you that deep in the tank for Clinton?
