There was some talk of doing weekly leagues on Draft Kings. The nice thing about it is that there is no commitment. If you are busy and don't want to/can't play that week...no big deal.

I was thinking $5/$10 per week...depending on what everybody wanted to do. Payouts will depend on how many people that week. If we get 6, I think we would do winner take all. If we get 8, maybe top 2. 10 or more, top 3. We can work out those details later.

Just want to see who would have interest. We have a week to figure out all the details.

My thought was that you would need to commit to each week by Thursday. On Thursday, I'll create the weekly contest. We will set it up for only the Sunday/Monday games. When you create a contest on DK, you have to tell them how many are in and if it doesn't fill, the contest doesn't run, hence needing commits each week.

I'm not familiar with that situation but this will prevent all of the typical problems of playing fantasy football with people you don't know.

-People not paying
-People losing interest and not setting lineups
-Collusion

First year doing the weekly leagues. I signed up for FanDuel but I'm down for Draftkings as well. Maybe start at $5 a week and go to $10 a week once it thins down in numbers as the season progresses
