I was asked to play in one this year. Never have before. Is the strategy drastically different than a standard league. Do you go qb, qb?

I have, but that was like 10 years ago, before QBs would carry an entire fantasy team. I recall it being fun though.

Ideally you'll want to come out with 2 out of about 12-14 solid QB's.
However, I wouldn't go back to back picks with them, unless you end up with like the last pick in the first round and could pull Rodgers/Luck.
Outside of those two guys, most QB's between the top 12-14 are similar. The way I tackled mine last year, was I grabbed Rodgers in the 1st round, took some position players in the 2-5 rounds, then in the 6th grabbed Kaepernick. Not saying that's the best strategy but you shouldn't have any issues grabbing two good QB's as long as you don't wait too long, and if you see a run going, and players like Tannehill/Romo/Stafford/Rivers start flying off the board, you may want to react and grab one instead of waiting for the run to die down, unless your comfortable trotting Geno Smith/EJ Manuel/Manziel/McCown out there.
I'd also suggest reaching for a 3rd QB slightly early as well, not before the 10th round, or you've filled your starting lineup - Kickers/Defense.
Because LT is right, the QB's will carry your team, and if you don't secure at least a starting QB for your 3rd QB, you're probably taking an automatic loss during each bye week.

HighRoller pretty much nailed it. I love 2 QB leagues (all the ones I do just have an open spot but the open is almost always a QB). Having your 2nd QB be a top 12 QB means you have 2 high scoring spots every week, so if you get solid players everywhere else you should be good. QBs will go early and often though with them being at such a premium. Getting a solid starting 3rd QB is a nice luxury as well for bye weeks and a potential trade option.

How many people are in your league 8? 10 max? A bunch of morons in your league? RB's aren't the best but really good for what the rest of your team is. Your QBs and WRs should carry you to at least the playoffs.

I guess not if you have the #1 & #5 rated QB.

This is a great team. Barring injury, should coast to the playoffs and then the playoffs are always a craps shoot.
I play in a league with a "SuperFlex" that can be a QB/RB/WR/TE along with the regular flex. Most guys go 2 QBs but the guy who won it last year started 4 WRs and Ben as his only QB. So there are a lot of ways to win.
