Reminder, this Sunday we will be having our second open mat and our 1st free clinic with Wrestling Coach Derek Oney as our guest clinician this week.

Last week we had 25 wrestlers in the room. Mostly high school, few college aged, and three youth. Feel free to come out and get some work in. Columbus West High School 179 South Powell Ave., park in the back parking lot, my Black Dodge Durango will be parked in front of the door that is unlocked.
