Im basing this off Tiernan's approach to professional sports. NBA= everyone is a thugger. As for the NFL, he has yet to tell us who he "supports." The only thing he has given us is he hates the thugger ray lewis, and he hates the browns for whatever reason, but he sure entertains himself by making up bets with himself. The best way to "fix" title IX is to exclude one sport (Football's 85 & Women's Volleyball 12) from the scolly limit.
