what a cold and miserable fucking game. Tailgating was a blast, though. Met some awesome people and got a ton of free booze and food.

And cya BR. I enjoyed having you post, but you must lack some balls if you have to make a bet to not come back to the site rather than just quit on your own.

Honestly I forgot his voice was high and he was in hair commercials. Apologies for not recognizing humor. :)

Just got home...that game was so damn boring. It was as Donavan said....just a comedy of errors. The offensive line got owned, the defensive line got no pressure and not sure what his stats were but Brown owned Haden.

Something like 6 for 94 TD....not far off his typical but then again Haden isn't a typical CB. Last I looked a couple weeks ago AB was leading league in receptions and was well up there in yards as well. Just not the physical freak that every team seems to have.

I thought Sanders stepped up.

Bell is formidable, Jarvis Jones and Heyward are really coming on. Sanders and Gay stepped it up today. Ben is almost worthy of carrying Romo's jock and Troy was great today. Jason Worilds looked like James Harrison a few years back,

Someone mentioned a couple deep balls and I said it would be on Ike.....even Tebow could get one deep on Ike. Ike was awful awful.

Josh Gordon has effortless speed. Great game by him.
Happy to see Heyward playing well. I didn't really think he would pan out.

lol...wow. Thicker skin, get some. I wouldn't even classify that as "trash talk."

So much caring about how much I watch, yet you're talking out of your ass. I missed two games this season....update your logs.

That's 2 more than I've missed in the past 6 seasons, so GFY. You can't trash talk when you're a fair weathered bandwagon fan. I'll take some heat from Heretic or Ironman, bc they're real fans. You're a joke. The tough guy when all his friends are around, chirping from behind your buddy's back. Now kindly GFY and dont try and talk trash to me about the Browns.

So now we are on the who are real fans topic?

I miss a couple of games a season as I have a part time job the requires me to work 1 sunday a month. I do make it to a couple of games per year. I admit though, the better they are the more games I attend. My buddies and I make the over 600 mile trek to Heinz field often enough. The years they are playoff bound we usually go a couple of more times. Can make for a long weekend and if they are struggling, well it is just easier to watch! 6-7 of us pitch in for the 4 season tickets. I havent done it as much the last few seasons mostly because my brother works in pittsburgh and his company has 8 tix to each game. All on the 50, 4 in the lower bowl, 4 in the club section above it, and he can get them pretty regularly so I opt for those free tickets in a great spot over paying for the season tickets 3 rows from the top.

BR has admitted he has never been to a game...does that make him less of a fan?

I think I become less of a fan because I go to all the games. This city is slowly killing me

I don't go to games and don't buy jerseys (lol).....but I do watch every game (fortunately my Huntington WV locals are Steelers regional)

I have watched the past 2 games on DVR (that fast forward arrow is perfect for watching every play without the stuff in between).....both weeks I've caught up late in the 4th quarter. I'll have to keep doing that because it is clearly the difference between winning and losing.

You know, as a dude who pretty much hates being out in the cold for extended periods of time, there's a huge part of me that wonders what the toll of going to all the games PLUS losing would have on a person if they're like me.

I give you credit: You at least start out with the "now it's time to see who the real fans are going out in this 10 degree weather!". I'd probably be more like, "Fuck...it's 10 degrees and I'm expected to at least tailgate. No amount of booze will make this right." And then I'd find the guys I know who have the big busses and hang out there at all times, refusing to step outside for more time than it'd take to get to my cooler and refill my solo cup.

The "NFL Replay" of games on NFL Network is badass. All of the important plays, none of the commercials or crap in between.
