BTW, nice room last night. I'm so sore. For anyone on the east-side (and anywhwere else for that matter), this should absolutely be part of your off-season routine. I know I'll be there every week.

Another great group tonight! (Even without the wildcat.) 30+ in the room, getting after it for a solid hour. KIDS ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE!!!!!!!!! ...even if YOU are not.

Cruiser...glad to hear mats went well......just a thought but it seems the summer months slow down in the open mats area in general...any chance you might go through the summer months....

If I am correct on this matter, even if only two guys show up to roll around in the summer (which has happened with me there) open mats will go on! Ill see ya in the first week of may cruiser.

We'll be there every Tuesday... Good Lord wiling and the creek don't rise!

Actually there is one week when the custodians mop, strip and wax the floors. Only problem is we - and they for that matter - don't know exactly when that will be. However we do our best to send the info along when we get it.

Very nice room last night. I know my group got a good workout. For much of the night I locked horns with an underclassman from Lancaster who is going to turn some heads next season.

Pretty good room last night. Over twenty for sure. I think Murdocki only showed up for the $25 I owed him!!! :D Which is fine by me. But he did have an excellent group to roll with, along with the 150 - 170 pounders.
