Which baffles me that without even a charge of a crime that this judge found a preponderance of evidence against the defendant.

I understand that, but what I don't understand is how there is a preponderance of evidence when there wasn't even so much as an arrest. Why the vast difference between the two systems?! I get it that OJ was responsible for damages in the murder of Nicole Brown-Simpson and Ron Goldman, but at least he was charged and tried. Was this guy even brought in for questioning? This seems like an example of political affiliation and activism taking precedence over justice.

That’s not relevant of who soil … the bottom line is illegal’s and drug cartel (IMO) one of the same. When American are getting killed in border town, along our borders or within Mexico via drug dealers … the link is illegal coming into this country and drug dealer are part of that problem.

Wrong is wrong simple.. throw a rock (illegals) or throw a cement block (drug cartel) through a window bottom line window is broken.. time to fix the problem protect the window.
