Yeah, issue is over for now.
It will take someone to legally challenge the law for anything to change. If people are being discriminated by this new law, the courts will figure it out.

On its face, I can smell the absurdity from my yard.
1.) How can a plaintiff/lawyer even begin to argue how it is unfair for biological men not being able to compete against girls/women?
2.) And if a plaintiff did win that case, it would necessarily result in the end of women's sports.
3.) Title IX would be defunct in all ways.
4.) If carried through, the Dems will next have to set an age where it would be appropriate and 'acceptable' to carve up and chemically castrate children in order to create the illusion of looking, sounding and performing as close as possible to female. Something that even the dusty and slow to change Catholic church acknowledged well over 100 years ago wasn't a good thing when castrati choirs were going by the wayside.
5.) Dems really need to stop carrying this love affair with absurdity. It's not working for them. Hollywood and Symbology doesn't work for them anymore, it's stagnant. It's like they know this but can't stop themselves. It's a political killer.

You could easily be right, but then again, maybe there is one high school or college athlete that will sue down the road to challenge the whole thing.
They could easily lose, but then again, maybe not in 4-5 years from now.
Title IX is not set in stone, it could easily be changed, just like recent laws that have been deemed settled, have changed recently with this Supreme Court.
I'll use another example of how quickly things could change in sports, the recent NCAA cases.
10 years ago the notion that college students could receive payments and transfer schools without limitations seemed absurd.
Who knows the sports landscape in 4-5 years if athletes challenge these rules.
I'll say the argument is settled right now, but could easily change if there are successful lawsuits by people. Not, saying that will happen, but it could.

I think society will easily handle and not really care much about students changing schools like changing outfits. Schools are temporary by their very nature and purpose.
But society won't put up with altering a child's body because they (the child) wish they were somebody else. An extremely small amount of people will go along with it because it satisfies an exaggerated sense of empathy, sure. But if the Dems keep pushing this, they will lose the presidency indefinitely, which is where the big campaign money for down ballot comes from. THAT is what will guide them. Not morality, not common sense, not fear of parents. It will be dearth of presidential wins.
