No, but the administration doesn't start until 2025. The current administartion is still in power for the entirity of 2024.

It will be interesting to see how Trump rewards RFK in his administration.  It doesn’t get more swampy than giving a government post to a guy in exchange for him getting out of the race.  Considering that Trump called him a radical liberal aligned with communists, and the dumbest member of the Kennedy clan only last spring, it’ll be another political sales job to foist him onto the rest of us in some position on influence.

I was thinking about just how much of a vote Kennedy would have gotten if he stayed solo. He would have gotten about the same amount of votes that the other 3rd party candidates got. To be generous, let's say he got 1.2%

Trump would have still won. Unless I'm way off on my guess.

Like most things of consequence that Trump says going forward, this will take Congress to approve it.

Also, he doesn't have a AG right now, and even then...I'm not sure what he said is legal and may get challenged in the courts.

I saw a similar video where he said he would end the Department of Education. That is not happening without a full act of Congress.

I'm not sure what it would be called. But I'm not a fan of admittance discrimination of any sort. I'm ok with this plan.

I'd like to see Peter Boghossian get the DoE tap. I've been following what he's been up to for many years. He is heterodox, independent and has himself felt the full force of the spastic hate of having his own mind on a college campus.

I hope he gets it and makes it so useless as to be useless.
