And another 4 weeks rehab. So minimum 8 weeks on IL. Sucks, he was having a really nice bounce back year.

6-2 in the 4th, so we can chalk up another loss.

Thank God, the weather makes it a mercy game.

Morgan is awful. How did he make it to the Bigs? Did he even get a strikeout? Like, in 2021, that’s tough. He does not have a single plus pitch from what I could tell.

So they played in rain but cancelled with no rain? Now two double headers in a row?

At least with the 7-inning doubleheaders, it's only a total of 28 innings.

Are all four games 7 innings?

I Like the 7 inning doubleheader games. Wish they'd all be back-to-back games (like some are) rather than the day/night split games (like some are).

For Pitchers...........Is a 7 inning complete game a Complete Game? Is a 7 inning no hitter a No Hitter? At what point is a save a Save? And other stuff like that. My opinion is that if the game is SCHEDULED for 7 innings and the pitcher tosses 7 innings of no hits, it should count as a No Hitter.

I agree. However, I heard a few games ago Tom and Rosie saying that a 7 inning no hitter will not count as an official one. I remember back in the 60’s that Dean Chance had a no hitter after 5 innings when the game was rained out and it counted as official.

Bumgarner had a 7-inning no-hitter a few weeks ago. MLB doesn't recognize it as a no-hitter, but he does get credit for a complete game. That seems like a contradiction.

Has Owen Miller hit the ball out of the infield yet?

I think they were referring to that and, yes, I agree that that is a contradiction.

I looked up Chance’s 5 inning no hitter and it was in 1967 when he was with the Twins and against the Red Sox.  In fact, it was a perfect game.

Tribe seems to coming apart. Not sure they can survive these injuries to an already shit offense. And if the pitching isn’t tops in the league they are toast.

Yeah, looking like we are going to get swept today.  Seems like once the opponent gets to 4 runs, the game is over, especially in these 7 inning games.

Here’s how bad it is. Rosie just announced that Naylor is the first Indian who was born in Canada to homer against the Blue Jays.

The more you know.......
