I guess this is where this can go. Some of the states and their new laws are ridiculous
Local news headline:
YOUNGSTOWN POLICE REPORT FINDING DRUGS, CASH IN CAR, PIT BULL IN TRUNK
Today's news from Youngstown.....
"When police searched the car, they reported finding a bag of brown powder that the driver insisted was dirt that he eats from time to time."
Police tested the bag and no traces of drugs were found.

Just a step behind the dude who cemented his head in a microwave. Was supposed to be a prank I guess? How these type of people function in life being so stupid is a mystery never to be solved.
This is crazy.
Edit: Just found out that 5 people were killed. Don't watch the video if that will bother you.

Aftermath:
My brother lives in the south and he doesnt bother going out if it is remotely close to being bad out. They have no road crews and people absolutely dont know how to drive in it

I live in Birmingham, AL. You're brother's correct about no road crews - no plows or salt trucks. Not worth the investment based upon their need.
As far as the "they don't know how to drive in it" - I disagree. I've lived most of my life in Ohio including 9 years in Cleveland in the snow belt. There is no magic skill for "knowing how to drive in the snow" except that you don't follow too closely and you turn into a spin - both of which are common sense. The problem down here is that once every few years we'll get an ice/snow storm that will leave a solid sheet of ice on the ground. You can't drive on that regardless of where your from or what vehicle you're driving. On top of that, it is very hilly here (like Pittsburgh). Icy street + no salt = you're going nowhere.
Motorcycle restrictions now in place on NEO Interstates during the snow storm.

Man, imagine the absolute helplessness you'd feel in that moment. Also, wouldn't you check the roads before just backing out into them?
I would like to see how that ended
