All I know is it's more work than you think. Very gradual and you'll always have to wear them somewhat to prevent shifting. I've had several friends go with Invisaign, all with positive results. 

Hear, hear!  I wore braces for two years, then a retainer for 4 more years.  The only reason I stopped was the plastic palate plate broke, because my teeth always wanted to shift back.  Today, the alignment is noticeably different (after nearly 40 years), but still much better than when I first had the braces.
