Speaking about guys who look like they came off a week-long hookers-n-blow bender!

there was probably a surge in people being tested, which has now tapered off.
i don't think the downtrend means anything, yet.
When OSU made their projections which have been off for the last nine days, did they take into account testing would be limited or were they assuming anyone and everyone would be able to get a test? The latter would seem pretty dumb at this point.

Yeah, while I think limiting the number of people in the store makes the problem potentially worse, I think one-way aisles are a great idea.
You know it’s okay to shower right?

He doesn't deserve the overall hate he gets.

Eh, I think it does mean SOMEthing unless there's some other reason to believe that there was some cause for a surge yesterday or dropoff today. But I don't expect that we're going to see a nice, neat streak upward and then downward either, so it doesn't mean everything, either.

I do. I also know that, right now, it's okay to drink beer in the morning. Had an All Day IPA at 10am.

I agree. There are plenty of things I don't agree with him on, and he plays politics a little more than I like, but he's one of the more principled politicians there is in Washington.
I think the reason he does catch the hate he does is the same reason Massie has as well. They appear to espouse a view of ethics, including political ethics, that is more deontological. It seems like the majority of politicians ... and probably citizens ... are more utilitarian (those who aren't just corrupt, anyway).
1st case here in my county....only 5 counties left (confirmed at least)
My county still has 0

I think the results are higher on Monday because some weekend results aren't reported until Monday.

Eh ... with as serious as the medical industry is taking this, do you really think there are some out there going, "Eh ... we'll get to it tomorrow."

Eh...Inconsistent testing and reporting is happening in other countries (i.e. Italy, Spain, and France), so it's definitely plausible.
My county has 110,000 people in it and we have 90 cases (64 of them are nursing home related and quarentined. So 30 or so cases at large. So basically .0002% of the population.
Seems legit.

Wait until the 10,000 Ohioans per day start testing positive and your numbers will spike.
Think we have 7 here.
It gets worse, everyone. This doctor thinks we'll all have to stay in our houses for 12-18 months.
Fuck. That.

Big ole fuck that
Like, I can't even believe someone would think that's a serious thought.
I'll probably be locking this thread soon to start a new one. Just an FYI.

he's technically not wrong, but that isn't realistic either.
